A long, citrus-forward cocktail: lemon balm infusion, grapefruit and lime over Mezcal 9 Ritos, served in a vintage champagne coupe.
Add every ingredient to a shaker, mix with ice and serve in a vintage champagne coupe.
Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and fresh chamomile flowers.

Mezcal with hibiscus concentrate and a few drops of chlorophyll, shaken and served in an old fashioned glass rimmed with worm salt.
Add every ingredient to a shaker, shake hard and serve in an old fashioned glass.
Rim it with worm salt or plain salt.

A tropical mezcal cocktail with pineapple, starfruit and passion fruit, rimmed with Miguelito and finished with a watermelon lollipop.
Add the tropical fruit pulp, the simple syrup, the pineapple juice and the MEZCAL 9 RITOS to a shaker and shake hard with ice.
Rim an old fashioned glass with Miguelito, add ice and serve.

Mezcal with tamarind pulp and a touch of apple cider vinegar, in a salt-rimmed highball with a pulparindo candy pick.
Add the tamarind pulp, the MEZCAL 9 RITOS, the water, the vinegar, the simple syrup and ice to a shaker. Shake hard until well combined.
Rim a highball glass with fine salt, skewer the pulparindo on a pick, pour the cocktail and add the pick.

Mezcal muddled with strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and basil, with simple syrup and a worm salt rim.
Put the berries, the MEZCAL 9 RITOS and the basil leaves in a glass and muddle until fully broken down; add the simple syrup and the lime juice, add ice and shake.
Rim a glass with worm salt, add ice and serve.

A mezcal cocktail with orange, pineapple and lime juice plus achiote concentrate, rimmed with Tajín and garnished with dehydrated pineapple.
Add every ingredient to a shaker with ice, shake hard, rim a glass with Tajín, add ice and pour the cocktail.
Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple wheel and a few coriander leaves.

Mezcal and bianco vermouth chilled in a mixing glass, topped with lager and an orange twist. Dry and after-dinner.
Chill a mixing glass with ice, discard the water and add the MEZCAL 9 RITOS and the vermouth.
Chill a glass cup, pour the cocktail and top with a small splash of beer.
Garnish with the orange twist.

Mezcal with Oaxacan chocolate, evaporated milk and agave honey, served in an old fashioned glass with marshmallows.
Add every ingredient above to the shaker — everything except the coffee liqueur.
Once combined, take an old fashioned glass, add ice and serve.

A layered mezcal shot: grenadine syrup, coffee liqueur and Mezcal 9 Ritos, topped with warmed Controy.
In a 3 oz shot glass, layer the grenadine first, then the coffee liqueur and finally the MEZCAL 9 RITOS.
Warm the Controy and pour it over.

A black mezcal cocktail with activated charcoal and pineapple, orange and lime juice, shaken with egg albumin for a silky foam.
Add every ingredient to a shaker and shake hard until the mixture is smooth and even.
Chill a glass cup and serve. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
